Hum, I think history has shown us than terror can and will strike anywhere...
France has had many terror attacks in the past, Japan, other European Countries, even Canada probably has had at least attempts (I have no specific examples in mind for Canada)
I do believe that it is "trendy" for terrorists to target the US these days. They have a low popularity rating in many countries. This means that in some countries, they can count on help either financial or other, and in almost all country find people that share at least a common "ennemy" with them. In a way that encourages even more terrorist to target them.
So of course I dont believe all but those 4 countries (why those 4 anyway) are safe from terror attacks, and I dont think anyone here really believes that, but I do think some countries are more targeted (US and Israel for example maybe) than others (Belgium? Iceland? Chile?)...
