Hum, I think history has shown us than terror can and will strike anywhere...
France has had many terror attacks in the past, Japan, other European Countries, even Canada probably has had at least attempts (I have no specific examples in mind for Canada)
I do believe that it is "trendy" for terrorists to target the US these days. They have a low popularity rating in many countries. This means that in some countries, they can count on help either financial or other, and in almost all country find people that share at least a common "ennemy" with them. In a way that encourages even more terrorist to target them.
So of course I dont believe all but those 4 countries (why those 4 anyway) are safe from terror attacks, and I dont think anyone here really believes that, but I do think some countries are more targeted (US and Israel for example maybe) than others (Belgium? Iceland? Chile?)...

Yikes! I don't know if I should get into this at this point, but here's my fellings on the main topic.

I'm American, but I can say that I feel relatively safe. There is some fear, even though I feel more confident day by day as more terrorists are arrested and no other attacks occur. At least in America. Small attacks keep occuring in Isreal though. I think I would be more afraid if I lived in Isreal where they happen more often. I think I would support more military action too. I'm certain that if more attacks happen in America that Americans will grab their guns.

I didn't think that terrorists would attack Europe but it looks like they were planning too. It seems stupid to me, but they don't have a real plan though. Really I don't see how attacking the World Trade Center helped them. They had to flee Afganistan, and now they are somewhere in Russia, or around Russia. You know they didn't want to go there. Ah, who knows. Just rabling, sorry.
