For previous interviews it actually didnt take more than 48 hours after I sent the questions. Different now though.

Hehe... well, I talk to Locutus every time he's kind enough to show online...

Now AH, I generally think it's preferrable to shut up with advices like that when you're not volunteering to do the job . I have lately experienced terrible workload, and I'm very happy that I can find any time to devote to this anyway.

I did the Ming one in two sittings, and the Jay Bee one in two hours.

You need to budgit your time better.

Tell Locutus this . First, he's not online as much as Ming is. Well, at least not on ICQ in visible mode. Second, he's apparently very busy and doesn't get those questions answered at such an amazing speed. And, his answers are much longer than Jay's or Ming's .

Speaking of management Solver, take some advice from someone with a real job.

Enough of the lame excuses, set a deadline. If Locutus doesn't meet it, move on to the next interview.

Was that so hard? Now, send me $200 for that advice.
