Alright, here goes:
1)Red:
a) Farm + Condensor (6 nuts with the bonus, I think)
b) Remain Forest
c) Write-in
2)Blue:
a) Leave it alone
b) Mine + Road (4 minerals)
c) Write-in
3)That orange-y color next to the blue square:
a) Add condensor to the existing farm (4 nuts)
b) leave it alone
c) Write-in
4)Yellow (the nut square below Twin Peaks):
a) Farm + Condensor (5-6 nuts, I think)
b) leave it alone
c) Write-in
5)Green:
a) Mine + Road (4 minerals)
