How about a 24-hour rule here (don't know what the contitutions says about that - havn't read it).

Latest 24 hours after a turn is published all ministers should have their preferences ready - else the president are allowed to do what has to be done......

Well there isn't anything procedurally preventing playing several turns at the moment. I.E. build the warrior, move him north. That would take at least three turns I think. I haven't the foggies notion what Frozzy is doing, but I think it is some form of punishment. At least it is pretty excrutiating torture.

TKG is correct. Something is playing up between my ISP and Appaling-ton's server, so I seldom am able to keep a good connection at Appaling-ton.

This is one of the few times I'm able to get through recently.
