When you consider all the mainstream encouragement they get towards segregating themselves, is it really so suprising that blacks have more negative attitudes towards interacial relationships than whites? Whites are the main target of 'diversity' propaganda.

It's natural for any race to have the desire to segregate. Now that blacks have the chance to in this country, they are doing it.

How do you figure that? Also, don't you think it's a bit unfair to put interacial relationships aside when deciding which race is the most segregationist?
I thought you were against making generalizations about racial groups.

it seems he is not... and i had expected better from Chegitz... though most liberals are probably closet racists or at least patronizing racists, chegitz seemed relatively non-racist...

Segregation is about saying, "you can't live here, you can't work here, you can't be here." Anti-micegenation is about saying, "you can't love her." Anti-micegenation is a part of segregation, but it's not the whole thing.
Also note that I used terms like "historically," "tend," and "mostly." You need to carefully consider not just what I wrote, but how I wrote it. I am hedging my terms.

Chegitz:
I live in inner city Philly. I definently know more black people than you do... and i've known them since i was a baby.
and frankly, very few black boys i know like this whole fat ****... liking big asses is one thing (and you know damn well every male likes that **** a la that whole **** about Jennifer Lopez a few years back) but fat women... yeah right.
I know only a few guys who like fat women and they're pretty evenly divided between black and puerto rican...
that whole fat **** is a stereotype that you fell for, chegitz

Maybe we should define thickness first... i might have been too hasty... what did you mean, Chegitz, when you said "thick" and "skinny" women?

It's cause on tv there's always that general idea that black men like bigger women and all that ****... and you know that any thing like that on SNL or MadTV or whatever other show can not be taken seriously...
any stereotype has some truth in it, but that truth is not significant enough... i'm positive you can find just as many white and rican men who like bigger women as black men who like bigger women
thanks

Living in the same neighborhood and living in the same room are two very different things. There is a qualitiative difference. I am family, you're a wannabe. I don't pretend to be something I'm not. You're a wannabe. You think you're keepin' it real. Yeah, real dumb.
There's a lot more to Black people than inner-city Philadelphia. If you had half the brains you think you have, you'd be smart enough to realize that the word "tend" doesn't mean "always" or "all" or necessarily even "mostly."

Ah, grasshopper, you show the beginings of wisdom.
Thick = bigger than Marilyn Monroe, but not necessarily obese. Aka, "healthy." In the white fashion world, these women would be considered fat.
skinny = Jeniffer Anniston, Calista Flockheart, etc.

Chegitz:
There are black people i know today who i was friends with in kindergarten... that's closer than 'marrying' into a family.
secondly, i have never met anyone who thinks jennifer aniston and that other woman (she's alley mcbeal right?) is attractive.
Thirdly, I know people who like that thickness but they're even between the races. Bear in mind that being a teenager, I am far closer to knowing what my fellow males like in women than you, an almost middle aged practically married man
thanks
