Team Leaders with Private Forum Mod Powers Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I was talking with Markos, and he was wondering if teams would like their leaders to have moderator powers in their respective team forums. Though I think the answer is obvious, he asked me to ask anyways.

Also, each team needs to have a representative to be the mod for that forum as well. So each team needs to pick someone!

Donegeal was the founder of the GoW - he got the forum leadership before we had a new leader. I think he asked (posted) for it to be changed to Ghengis Farb when GF came to power, but it never was. So give GF the mod powers.

(of course you could just give them to me )
