Apparently the game decided to give the Carthaginians another chance. Their one and only city is Sabratha, roughly 15 tiles to the North of Beijing.
Now that the Carthaginians in Africa were annihilated, the Persian Empire sees no need to continue with it's defensive war against them.
We have passed exact information about the location of Sabratha to the Chinese and we reccomend them to finish off this menace once and for all.

In case Macy doesnt reply, is there any opposition to getting Ormuzd to replace him? I talked to him and he agreed.
He was the Aztecs, and by the time the Americans get contact with any other civ all the information he could've had will be irrelevant.
