I already told Togas and Dejon this, but for public record..

Madrid gained 2 free shields when it went up from Pop 2 to Pop 3 last turn. As a result, I don't need to change the WF as ordered this turn to increase shield output at the expense of food and trade.

As such, please keep the CURRENT WF for Madrid of #3 (cows), #5 (game), #20 (wheat). This will also be the WF next turn, as my plan listed for it to be switched back.

I'm going to have to go tinker with the plan to take this bug into account and the little bit of extra food this turn is going to gain us (which may have ripple effects later).

The bug is good for us, as it translates into extra food, trade, and shields... but I wish we'd known about it...
