Nimitz, you are the FAM, you are supposed to handle foreign affairs at least partially with your own initiative. We do not trust them, that's right, we do not want to sign any pacts with them, nor give them our map, that's also right. But we could certainly use some info on their current research, tech deals, relation to other teams and so on... even a casual chat here and now helps to keep the phone line from getting rusty...

The fact we think they are a pain in the ass does not mean we should ignore them... KNOW YOUR ENEMY, that must be the cornerstone of our foreign policy. And RPers are, no doubt, our enemy, at least in the long term perspective.

I can't remember what team shiber is on he is offering a map trade : their world map for somethng else. this was in a chat at 9:35 est. I think a formaql proposal is coming soon.

I think GS is trying to trade their WM for something; that something wouldn't have to be a map of ours.

Sounds like they're starting what is a PR blitz for GS.

yeah kloreep is right, but I was using the the java chat applet and didn't know how to copy the text off the pop up box.
I did say several times we wouldn't trade ours for theres- I ain't dat ignorant.
