I finally got myself a great leader, but when I try to build an army, the game crashes! Any suggestions?
(I tried to post the game here, but I wouldn't work with my slow connection)

Yeah, "civ 3 has caused errors and will be shut down" or something like that- no details at all. I started a new game though, and can build armies fine- so I guess I'm just giving up on that other game. Thanks anyways, though.
