Well as for polluting the entire world, I was amazed to hear from my Chinese students that they are shocked at how blue America's skies are compared those in their country. In fact, it took me a while to understand what they meant about a yellow sky. I thought that they were talking about sunsets.

This is typical of a narcisistic personality disorder. People with this disorder exhibit a sense of great granduer and superiority to all others which often times alienates them from the rest of the community (or world as it may be). Victims of the presonality disorder also often times make decisions based on showing strenght and percieved superiority (such as beating up a small child) which only furthers the alienation other "normal" people feel around him.

He also often dismisses others criticisms and alienation by saying "Jealousy. They are incredbily jealous of my superiority" and while that may be a factor, usually the rift is caused by the victims actions against his or her friends and family or the arrogence displayed by the victim however this explanation is not accepted by the victim.

UN Security Council Resolution 1368 would be a good place to start researching then.
