The 'AD' bug? Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I my latest game i was the first to use nukes and of course other civs declared war on me. However as a result I got the following messages from my advisors:

'We lost our supply of AD!'

and then:

'The AD declared war on us!'

No other side effects that I can see.
Anyone else seen this?

P.S. I can attach screenshots, but I don't think it takes much imagination to picture this.

Put an end to popups!

Here are the screenshots and the save game.

In the save game you can either:

1. Declare war on China
2. END TURN
3. When the 2 nukes are ready use them and you will get the 2 messages 1 per nuke.

OR do this:

1. END TURN (world peace)
2. Declare war using the 2 nukes. This way I only get one of the 'AD' messages.

PS: The game is PTW 1.14f English
