	Senate Bill: Na'rmer builds UN Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

This bill (if passed) orders Na'rmer to build the United Nations in Apolyton as soon as Fission is discovered.

This is a companion bill to the Diplo Victory bill, to make sure the UN is built whether or not we call a vote.

Somehow, I think this bill is going to pass by a veto proof margin, even though it will hand string the next DM.

Whichever Regional Governor is in charge of Apolyon (there's been discusion of spliting several regions) will need to time builds in that city accordingly.

I don't see a reason to vote against this bill:

If we build UN without going for a diplomatic victory, it would allow us to note have a UN vote.

If we do go for a diplomatic victory, then this is necessary.

Therefore, vote yes!

We should not try for a diplo Victory without having all of the Civs behind us. This will take a little time.

1) start getting RoP's - we need to be protected before we do that.

2) start taking much less for techs and luxes - if they offer a price for something, we ask for about 1/2 to 1/3 of it.

3) start gifting things - flat out gifting techs, luxes & resources will get them to start liking us.

These things will take time to do. Once you have that done, then you can try for a vote and hope you will.

nah we should not ask less then what we can get , ...

if they cant afford a lux or some goods , well then they dont get them , .....

we could thing this over if we have like 100 000 or so in the bank , ... but for now we should not do that , ....
