... to 'insert' a civ into a game which isnt present? That is to say, one starts a game, preselects 3 civs, does a ton of work, and then realizes there is only 2 civs in play! I know for a fact That I selected 3 civs.... maybe I deleted one of the settlers by accident. I don't know...
WTF?!?
I'm not sure if one of the utilities handles this, or perhaps one of my Hexediting Henchmen can tackle it?
Please, please tell me all is not lost.
