Opening statement:
Now that the majority of worker reception festivals are history, Classical Apolytonia is proud to declare that nationality of the populace is much more diverse. We look forward to producing beakers, lytons, and shields for the good of the nation. A few choice coastal tiles remain available. Workers needing tiles are advised to apply at the DM's office.
Of interest to Other regions:
Other Governors are advised to plan for a future Air Force. Specifically where to put Airports for future military reasons. Rheims identified in this Region. Other candidates for airports include:

Port Rouge - maintain wf as 1,2,4,6,7,8,9,10,14,18,19,20. Completing Factory in 3. Next is University in 5 (after Factory effect) which is beyond the turnchat horizon. Drop Bank and Colosseum from queue.
Termina - maintain WF as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12,13,14,18,19,20 Completing University in 5 turns which is at the turnchat horizon.
Apolyton - maintain WF as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,13,15,16. Making Hospital in 2. Next is Colosseum in 6 which is beyond the turnchat horizon. City grows naturally in 3. Utilize tile 11. Evaluate City after growth to determine if Coloseum is necessary. If not,change the build. Apoly is 22 net shields. Nothing looks good now. Consider Swordsman. 1 turn in rush for 32 Lytons and change to Infantry in 3 more turns. Once Mech Inf is available, Apoly can be set to Mech Inf in 5 spot on!
Tassagrad - maintain WF as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,14,15,16,18,20 Making Battleship in 2. Keep city on perpetual Battleship in 4. City is 52 shields net which is effecient at 200 cost battleships in 4.There are 3 available coastal tiles for future Worker reception. An additional coastal tile (#10) will be covered by natural growth of BHQ.
Banana HQ - maintain wf as 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,13,17,18,19,20. Making University in 7 which is beyond the turnchat horizon. Grows naturally in 1. Utilize tile 14.Drop Colosseum and Wealth from queue. City is 32 shields net which is not very good. After 1 turn into a build switch to Longbow and rush for 32 Lytons, then switch to tank in 2 more turns.
Opiadom - Making Factory in 1. Next in queue is University in 4 (after Factory effect) which is at the turnchat horizon. There are ZERO open tiles so wf changes are not possible. Add Tank to the build queue following Univ. City will be 54 shields net after factory effect which is a good match for perpetual tanks in 2.
Gotham - Making Tank in 2 and every 2 turns thereafter. There are ZERO open tiles so no wf changes are possible. City is 50 shields net which is spot on for Tank in 2.
Chartres - WF is all except 17. Making University in 1. Colosseum in 2 is next. City is 62 shields net. Add Naval unit of SMC choosing to queue. Consider Destroyer in 2 or Carrier in 3 either of which is shield efficient for this city. Eventually this city will be doing MA's in 2 very effeciently.
Rheims - maintain wf as 2,4,5,6,8,9,10,13,14,15,16,20. Making Factory in 1 and then University in 4 (after Factory effect) which is at the turnchat horizon. City will be 54 shields net after factory effect which is good fit for Tank in 2 or Bomber in 2. Add Airport in 3 to queue. Rheims is good location for Airport rebasing site if and when there is a Greek Salient campaign. After airport, do perpetual Tank or Bomber depending on outlook.
Timeline - Making Battlefield Medicine in 4. Add Palace as shield depository for Pentagon to queue. Pentagon will appear after Ferropolis completes 2nd Army shell which is beyond the turnchat horizon. City is 80 shields net which is very difficult to use effeciently now that Cavalry has dropped from the build list. We could do a few Arty or Fighters but not many.

General Orders
- Check for tech deals every turn. Sell any tech (preferably the oldest and cheapest one, if we have a choice) to any civ if they are willing to pay 700 gold (in cash, gpt or mixed) or more.
- If something unexpected turns up and I am unable to participate in this turnchat, any or all of the above orders may be changed, should they become harmful or inappropriate. I recommend that the present cabinet be polled on any changes to my orders before they are made.

Aggie, those technicalities can delay the game, or make it a little boring. Thud don't mind if I play a last turnchat tomorrow, Arnelos don't mind, Shiber don't mind and Aidun is a governor already (he was the acting DM in the last chat ), they were all very nice about this. They are gentlemen. 
But I don't want to disrespect the CoL. I don't like the Col so much, it's a little restrictive, IMHO. I'm not blaming the guys who made it; it's very, very difficult to make rules for both aspects: the Democracy and the Game itself.
This could be useful to write the CoL of the next game.
Side note: could be worst. In the CFC demo game, Chieftess is in trouble because a missed queue or something like that... 
Anyway, thank you all, Senators, Justices and members of the Government, by all the fun. 
And Aggie, thank you, friend.
