I'm actually doing this to stay awake through the day. I ****ed up my schedule completely during the weekend and have now been awake since 7:00 p.m. Sunday. I have to stay up till at least 9 p.m. to put myself back on track.

1 to 2 a week? I though tea drinking was bigger than that in Canada. I drink 1-2 cups of tea a day. Often one right before I go to sleep.

One of my friends is scary in that she drinks 4-5 cups a day, just on the boundry of caffiene addiction.

I don't like a lot of caffeine. A large cup of coffee is enough to start my fingers twitching and give me a headache.

I normally drink tea instead of coffee. I picked up tea drinking while I was in college because tea was fast, easy, tasted good, and best of all it is dirt cheap.

BTW You should drink the tea.

Ari still hasn't posted here? Odd. He'd tell you to by all means drink it, I think. He always brews this damn strong Super Tea when he's tired, and it always shakes him awake.
