	ISDG Community Announcements and Chit-Chat Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Arnelos raised a valid point in the thread discussing the rules for locking/closing threads in this ISDG forum. As I intend to keep the ISDG forum quite free of spam, "spam", semi-spam, and low-info-value threads not related to the ISDG itself, I am setting up this thread for everybody feeling like announcing he has come back from vacations, will not be available for some time, enjoyed a great meal, saw a great movie, or whatever else... feel free to discuss anything here, post fake one-tile island pictures, tell jokes... mods will not be interfering, unless your post is offending or rude.

just btw... for those that noticed the newZ update... the information posted is quite hopelessly outdated, as I sent the text to MarkG about two days ago - a lot happened in the meantime.

Do you consider it worth someone's time to provide Markos with an update? I think the key info is there (i.e.: game started, players involved, where to apply for the membership...), but if someone has more time & energy than I currently do, please put together an update including the newly appointed Ministers & President.

Actually, the text of this newZ update WAS written by Kloreep , too, I made only small corrections to make it up to date as of sending it to MarkG.

I honestly can't remember if I mentioned his name in my PM to MarkG or not. If not, I apologize... there is so much to do these days that I sometimes slip...

You're welcome, and it's okay; not a stellar Newz Update anyway.

I'll be happy to write occassional Newz Updates if wanted. I don't know if there'll be anything to write about, though; we'll have to see if the ice cracks as much as it has in the team DG.
