Pedrunn only asked me yesterday and since I already have plans for tonight I can't hold it after 21 GMT - if however John has the time, he can do it later. So it depends how many people will show up at 19 and if we have all orders - otherwise I or Pedrunn will post a new time. IW just make a list...

Given the lack of orders from WiseAss, general lack of polling from WiseAss recently, and uncertainty in general about his delegates I think its only rational to reschedule this game chat.
There has been absolutely no official discussion regarding these matters of State, so I suggest that any delegate will have had insufficient knowledge of constituent desire, to proceed. Thats not to say that a delegate cannot employ executive decisions, but pretty much any and every decision would be an executive decision.

I almost tend to agree but if IW could just appoint you, why not? You'll most probably be the next MoDA. And as for consensus - I think it's general consensus that we need to build units, only a few would want to disband a city and noone speaks of building settlers. The only thing that really is just made up as the chat goes along is the specialist distribution, which is fine.

Since nobody responded (Locutus was there, but AFK; Zaphod just turned up now and I got to talk with Trip) I played about 50 turns on my own in order to get the game moving. So we are on turn 115 now. Questions? None? Good! Savegame will follow.
I'm kidding of course, if someone in Pedrunn's delegate list can manage to get orders from all ministers later tonight he's more than welcomne to play.
