Well, there was some work at first helping SCG understand the differences in the various Minister roles and what the Citizens expected of the Minister of Trade, but that all got worked out. People who play this game are naturally assertive managers.

I think he would be a good Minister of City-Planning, and I expect to vote for him. I just hope he recognizes that there is a lot of adjustment required to take into account the needs of the other Ministers.

I hereby throw my hat into the ring for the office of President. When the election polls are posted, I will discuss my reasons. For the moment, I will just say that a contested election has value in itself so that the Citizens have a choice. I dislike uncontested elections where we voters have no real choice.

I have decided to withdraw my name from consideration for President. I learned yesterday that I may have to be AFK as long as a week at some unspecified time next month.

And, on the whole, I think I'd rather that Ixnay was President next term anyway. He's doing such a good job.

Ideally, we should be very close to launching by march 8th if we haven't before then as we have Space Flight now. It shouldn't be that big of a deal to have the VP take over for that week, or if most of the ministers all are off the same week, we could just have a Federal holiday that week

The good news is that I am free of the likehood of being absent during March. The other news is that I am returning my name to consideration for the Office of President for March.

I have held the office before and done a good job of it. But the reason I am runniong for that office this time is that we need to coordinate the actions of the Ministers very carefully in the game sense and we also need to avoid the temptation to "explore" beyond the game turns and that is something I have been good about encouraging in the past.

I have what it takes to lead us to victory now (as in the last game and in this one in earlier years, and I can manage the Ministers to keep things organized, and we need that now more than ever.

H Tower, please add me to the list of Presidential candidates.
