If given the role of Minister of Foreign Affairs I will:

Appoint a Vice Minister who will have full authority to act on any urgent FA matter when I am not available.

Gather a list of possible Ambassadors and assign an ambassador upon first contact with a civ. I will give ambassadors a great deal of freedom and creativity to make deals that are in the best interest of Apolyton. I will replace any ambassador who does not give this job his full attention, or is not active enough to get the job done.

Create the necessary threads, keep them current, and create a framework for an efficient system to manage the great deal of information needed for us to be effective.

Invite all members of our team to participate in decisions that are not time sensitive.

Create discussion threads as well as Public Notice threads for things of great importance.

Be answerable and accountable for all decisions made by my office.

Be available to personally negotiate any major deals or sticky situations via mIRC chat. Our best work is not done with flowery language or legalese, it's done "face to face" with the other side in chat.
