Not everyone plays the game with the same names as SMAC has, so I thought that people should have a forum to discuss and show everyone there own factions whether it be built around an old faction or a completely new faction altogether.

This is mine ultimate faction as I see it:

FACTION: The Enforcer's

LEADER: Doctor Citizen Elmore

BACKGROUND: Unknown

BORN/CREATED: Created in laboratory by cloning and artifical creation technology in 2099 AD.

GOAL: To colonise Chiron and reply to Earth

HIDDEN GOAL: To understand the origins of humans and to find the soul

AGGRESSION: Pacifist

PRIORITIES: Discover, Explore

PROS: -Very quick with research
-Can use psychological powers to can a decission by a faction
-Will not fall victim to threats

CONS: -Highly unstable faction leader due to no parents
-Willing trade partners, though don't expect help when your at war and these guys are your only pactbros
-Not very good with economic issues like building and manufacturing

Here's my most often played faction:

FACTION: Seekers of Utopia

LEADER: Cybergod Nick Rankovic (aka. Annoying Parasite )

BACKGROUND: working on a scenario to include this faction, and 7 others but in short: Former Alpha Teach High Trustee, hacked Teacher networks and betrayed them

BORN/CREATED: why should I tell you my DOB?!?

GOAL: to seek for Utopian Paradise

HIDDEN GOAL: seizing an oportunity to conquer the world, in the name of the so-called 'Utopia'. Loves to probe

AGGRESSION: Erratic (but probes even pacts)

PRIORITIES: Discover, Build, Explore

PROS: - significant probe bonuses
- gains slightly less drones
- discovers any tech previously known to 2 other INFILTRATED factions (hard on huge map, Empath Guild is killer though)

CONS: - VERY low police rating
- untrustworthy

Born/Created : Scotland?

Goal : To cover the entire Chiron with trees. Trees! Trees I say!! (even more tree-crazy than his former-lover)

Hidden goal : Intergrate humans with plants (insane, but people still follow him)

Aggression : Erratic (can you understand a mad-man?)

Priorities : Explore, Build, Conquer

Pros : Formers can plant forest in one turn (insane tree building tech)
Can build special forest payload missile with appropriate tech

Cons : -3 Planet (should I explain?)

Hardly my best, but I posted my COWBOYS and LOSTBOYS over in the "Creation" section. Goofy factions are so much fun, but I am working on a serious faction.
