	I hate screaming kids! Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

It happens all the time. I live in an area with lots and lots of families and kids. Kids play outside, and since its safe, they play to very late at night in the streets.
So every now and then they scream 'help me! I'm dying! I'm hurt! HEELPP!' or whatever. And they sound convincing too. So here I am, watching tv, hearing this stuff and rushing out to check out what's happening and not even realizing they're just playing.. And then I'm the stupid guy again who is running down the street. I mean damn it, why don't their parents teach them NOT to play that game? Not screaming for help in the streets!? THat's just stupid. I hate them.

And when I hear it again, I'm thinking of 'they are jsut playing again', but then again can I live with myself if something really happened? Of course not, I have to rush and run down to check out what's happening. THis little punks even cry loud etc, they're really good at it. Maybe next time I should make them really cry. Tired of their crap.

Last summer I told them that it's not good game, since if you really hurt yourself, you might not get help.
Then this beer belly excuse for father comes down to bully that I should mind my own business and that am I threatning them.. Yeah sure! Like he even cares his children. And I swear I'm not one of those people who point their finger and complain about every noise they might hear... I mean, if you hear 9pm little kid screaming 'get off me, don't hurt me!', what do you do? Of course you go out and see what is happening and if someone needs help or you don't sleep at night.

Why didn't I think of that few years ago?!

edit: though I kind of know how that will go.. cops come down and then the parents say they were playing a game or the kids say that, and then the cops say 'ok.. wel that's not a good game to play' and then they go away, and it keeps going on. But I think that's the right thing to do.

I have a similar problem, but the things is the kids in my neighbourhood seem to have decided that just outside my window is the perfect place to hang out. And then they stay there for hours on end screaming as if they had their arms cut off or something. Sometimes they just scream to see who screams the loudest!!

I don't mean to sound like a jerk who polices the neighbourhood, but that really pisses me off. Playing different games make lots of noise and that's ok, but if the game is just screaming in the early morning.. man.. when they get summer vacation from school, that's the worst. The worst was when some of them decided to knock on peoples doors and then run away, and these were like 8 to 10 year old kids.. so naturally it would be fun to knock MY door all the time. The kids got bold, they knocked so long that I eventually came and opened the door. I was all rage sometimes. But then I once ambushed them, heard when they were walking to my door, trying to sneak.. but they can't pull that on me, I'm the ambush master!
So just before one of them was ready to knock on the door, I quickly opened the door and pulled him inside and closed the door. I'm telling you these kids ran like crazy! Then I looked straight to his scary eyes and told him that I'm tired of it, and that they can hang in my yard too, but if they knock my door they must have something they want because I'm too tired to play that game. They never pulled that on me again. But you have to make sure you don't touch these kids, or you're in world of crap .

I haven't had a problem with kids crying wolf but I do have a personal pet peive about kids screaming or running around inside stores. I don't know why but there are some parents who think it is A.O.K. for their kids to scream their bloody heads off, to grab things off of shelves, and to run around bumping into people/things. Hey parents, TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR YOUR KIDS and teach them how to behaive in public!

That is almost as annoying as the idoit who wants to talk loudly on his cellphone in a movie theatre.

Oerdin, I agree. Sometimes it's fun to see a mother with 3 kids, all being hyperactive, mother being so tired she's about to drop any second or go crazy in stores.. I usually don't have any problems, and kids are like that sometimes, but seriously, these kids near my house.. they have been doing this for few years already. I should buy them a playstation or something. Few times, ok, few years, not ok.

Once, I was in an airplane, and this kids keep screaming all the time. It is 2 AM, so this guy gets really pissed, and tells one kid to shut the hell up. The kid says: " you can't make me". So he answers: "yes, I can, where are your parents". the kid ingores him and keeps on screaming, so this guy says "you call the ones incharge of you, or else... " so the kids calls this woman that is incharge of them, apparently, they flew in a tourist package, and the kids are handled by this special woman. So this woman starts screaming at the GUY, for supposedly threatening the kid with voilence, and says that if he'll repeat it, she'll call the police.

The kid continues screaming... well, then it pretty much degenerated to an on-board flight, with racial slurs, etc.

My problem is the dogs around here. People seem to be completely inconsiderate when it comes to dogs; just let them run loose or stay outside and bark all night. We have public land behind our house, with a sign clearly stating that dogs must be on leashes, but our neighbors seem to think they are exempted from this requirement. It got so bad we had to fence the backyard (US$3000) to keep their dogs out. Any "authority" we contacted didn't seem to take us seriously.

I hate irresponsible, inconsiderate dog owners.

Stuie, we have lots of dogs too in this area, but they're not causing too much problem because everyone is responsible owners.. besides we all like dogs and don't mind if they come to check us out, as long as they don't do too much damage. That happens sometimes too.

Azazel, that's the worst! Trapped in a plane, where you can't just get away from. You know, eeevery time I'm in plane, just before landing and also when the plane takes off.. all the babies start to cry and scream. I think they are having some problems with the pressure, but I just sometimes feel like I should just kill them
But sure, I understand it's difficult for them and I won't say anything about it. But when there are several babies, and they all start sympathy crying, or I don't know why all the babies starts crying once one starts..
But that's cool.

The ones that go 'you can't make me' are just asking for it.. they're REALLY annoying. Next time I should just say 'sure I can, I'll just beat you and choke you until you're in tremendous pain and die'.. but then again that would get me into trouble .

Also, in the US, I don't think I'd have the guts to start yelling to someone even at the age of 10. They'd pull a gun on me or something like that. No sir!
Or I wouldn't indeed pull a kid inside my house for few seconds, I'd be killed or sued.

**shrug** If a kid really gets on my nerves — and that isn't very often — I simply mutter a curse on them for the next few hours or, at most, a day. I curse them to have a sh*tty waking period, and to long for sleep. Then it goes away. At least I hope it does. I don't know if I could live with myself if those curses of mine became permanent on a kid who was being a brat for a day.

Actually, I'm sure there's not. Imagine a supermarket that is purposefully unfriendly to families and you'll imagine a supermarket that will be out of business in 6 months.

JohnT, I agree. But they could add signs 'keep your kids in a leash', like dog signs.
