Because two of the proposals in the latest Maniac Reforms only had 50% and 60% YEA votes, instead of the required 66%, there will be a final poll between the most voted option, and the option not to implement that proposal.
This is a two days poll, with one vote for each proposal, a YEA or a NAY.

DEI and DPO merger proposal

Because our map will soon be fully explored by a sky hydroponics lab, the DEI will lose half of its current job description. Therefore I would propose to merge DEI with DPO, and let that director handle covert operations as well.
Delete:

DSE and DoS accumulation proposal

Add the following to Article II: Office Terms:

quote: Office Terms: All office terms shall last one month. A member can run for a different office at the end of his term, but he cannot change offices during it. If a member is elected three times into the same government office, that member may not run for that government office the fourth consecutive term. After the fourth term he may run for any government office that is available. If this rule let not have a fully seated government, the rule will be deemed invalid for that term. Officials can be divised in four groups: 1. Commissioner and Alpha Talent 2. Directors 3. Governors 4. Justices It is not allowed to run for two positions in the same group, with the exception that the DSE can also run for and hold the position of DoS, and vice versa. Nor is it allowed to combine a position in group one with a position in group two or four. All other combinations are allowed.

We made the decision on practical grounds, remember? They don't have a whole lot to do, so it would make sense to combine them, but we couldn't think of an appropriate name for the two together, so we settled on allowing one person to hold both officies.

Okay, there's almost a tie in the second DSE-DoS proposal. So voters can still make a difference. Make use of your right to vote!
