That's Frozzy, aka an old chatroom regular and annoyer-of-Ming extrordinaire.

He's president of the Call to Power 2 Democracy Game here among other things, so I don't think you have much to fear from him.

Yes, if a team wanted to do that then they probably would have done so on the first turn, and would not have waited until now. We could tell from the city screen if someone was up to pop 2 already.

gamecatcher seems extremely spammy they all have over 1k posts in just a year registration... that could either say they won't think out their turns or that they have a LOT OF TIME to make good decisions in

hi ,

yep , it seems to work great with the aztecs , just pumping out jaguar's , .... but after a couple turns this leads to nothing , if you have a couple cities you can deal with this , .....

it really leads to nothing , ....

its almost as nutz as the placement of our first city , ....

It's probably a good thing for us that the CFC demogame foundation didn't start in the CFC GOTM forum. SirPleb, DaveMcW, Kemal, along with those you mentioned are all extremely well versed in the mechanics of the game.

I flipped a coin as I'm about equally involved with both forums. I was a bit relieved when it came up Apolyton, as the initial leadership of the CFC team seemed rather immature. (the whole "I'm the leader", "I deserve the credit for founding the team" tug of war was less than reassuring) Knowing the mindset of most of the top CFC single game players, I'd think they'd be equally as reluctant to tie on given the circumstance.

well for some reason or the other a lot of people seems to have troubles at CFC and move on to other sites , many have come to apolyton , other are apperantly so sick and tired of something that happend that they dont want anything to do any more with civ sites , ..... for the time being , ....

sometimes in the game of the month when you ask something you get stuff back like "you fool , you dont understand this , or how could you have lost that one you dummy" , ......

its indeed not bad that some of the top people are no longer at cfc and therefore not playing against us , .....

I think the CFC GOTM community is probably the nicest and most helpful one outside the Poly Strat forum. (talking purely Civ3 here)

I haven't seen a lot of top players leaving the GOTM, and those that do usually head to RB Civ because of dislike of milking and/or what they consider exploits. Of the names mentioned, only Ribannah seems to have quit the GOTM, though she still participates in the discussions. Cracker can't play the GOTM anymore as he is in charge of making up the maps and scenarios, but he's still obviously very involved!
