Oops, it's 'Next Turn Plans' and 'Turn Reports & Summaries'.

Really makes the turns easy to do. Just go by, pick up the marching orders, and march.

Oops, I did a wonderful job of missing the turn... but as nye said, the marching orders were there...

Anyway, if this happens again (or if anybody needs to talk to me urgently), join the ApolytonISDG room and say WAKE-UP. That plays a jingle on my machine, drawing my attention to mIRC that is normally running in background. That way, if am nearby, I should show up in a couple of seconds...

Makes for a great tool - I do not need to periodically check mIRC if there is anyone wishing to talk to me, plus if there is anybody wishing to talk to me, he/she can quickly find out whether I am really available.

I see we are second in pop now. My analysis:

Grenouille has a lux which they settled on (obviously). But I really dont they have access to lux and bonus right now (wine does give a +1 food bonus in despotism when irrigated, but now when settled on).

This means CDG has the food bonus. It couldn't be anyone who settled the first turn (unless they did not work the bonus initially, but who would do that unless it was floodplain and they didnt want to work it initially for production reasons, possible but not likely.)
