I suggested elsewhere that we should have people assigned to monitoring the public fora at competitor sites.

I believe this is entirely legal.

For instance, I just checked out the GameCatcher site.

It seems like they are mostly ex-CFCers. The only name that jumped out at me (admittedly I haven;t been hanging out at CFC for a while) was Playa del Carmen... if I recall, she leans towards being a builder.

Where do I put intel like that?

Of course, the AI will gladly welcome the aportation of any Apolytonian that wants to help. Remember that it is called the Apolytonian Intelligence not the OliverFA's Intelligence My job here in adition to runing several analysis myself is to coordinate and organize.

I think that this matter should be discussed and coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If someone wants to get human intelligence from the other sites public forums he might also run for the ambassador's position with that team. Or, in case he doesn't want to be ambassador, he should definitely be in contact with the actual ambassador to that team because the information gathered could be useful.

Let's keep a log of all of this. I suggest that we sort it by turns, so it would look something like this:

Turn 4:
* Team X connects a resource, probably wine.
* Team Z founds their second city, probably using a settler from a hut.

Turn 13:
* Team Y founds their second city.

Netatolia could have settled their third city on turn 15. As they had their second pop probably two turns before all others, it could be a build settler .
