	No Scenario Found? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

I have posted this in MP Lobby/Forum before with no amswers..heres my problem:

I play a game with a player, save then go to play it later, I get a message "Scenario Not Found" .

I play a game with another player it saves correctly no problems at all.

This will do it at no noticable intervals. Just whenever it wants to

I have no scenarios on my pc.

I have no altered files.

Some games certain players cannot access my games, Yes I have dynamic join "ON"

Some players have no problems others do.

I am running patch version.
I am really puzzled why it is I have the save game and I cant load it.??

I have done many complete re-installs.

I have Windows 2000 XP. 512 Ram
Athlon 1800+ Processor
Radeon 7000 64 Bit Graphics Card
Cable
Network (I am Mothership so to speak) I am first in line then out to wifes PC located 3 feet from me.

I have some problems some times reloading a saved game playing as single player in a MP Lobby, due to no one being around, so i play by myself waiting, I will play until someones hows up, save my game then start a fresh one with that person, later try reloading that game to continue. I am most times unable to.

Very FRustrating.

Any suggestions?

Have found it impossible to recall scenarios after saving them, I keep getting a mesage that the file can't be found, I've installed and re-installed the 1.2 patch and the entire game but cannot make it work, what am I doing wrong!

Just asking, but you are supposed to save from the cheat menu, and also load from the cheat menu. Are you following this procedure?

Basically, start a new game

pick the scenario you are using


start game then once started, go to options

Cheat

then load from file there.

Remember that in saving

you open cheat menu

first "save as" will be name of actual scenario.."22twains ages of reasoning"..or whatever..

then after that click the "save" scenario button..it will come up as name of that scenario automatically. This is in the cheat menu under where your other cheat options are.


Hope this helps somewhat in your problems.

I have a similar problem. I can't create PBEM scenarios and save them for later editing. Every time I try to reload a scenario I save I get this:

"Unable to locate the scenario that created this saved game. Looking for: ***** (whatever I saved it under).

Now I can save a scenario as a game file but that just loads up a single player game - about as much fun as going to a movie by yourself...

This problem between me and the program is starting to get personal and just mind end by me getting extremely violent with my monitor. So anyone with some know-how and sympathy for 17" monitors please help!
