This is the new War Ministers Office,
People seem to be happy with me being WarMinister, but if theres any objections, I'll take note of them .. maybe we should have an election first , what do you think? anyone else want to run against me?

I'll hand over the foreign affairs job to someone else, maybe Calc would like to take this job up?

As War minister I propose we built a hi tech, cheap and efficient army as soon as possible, and build a decent sized navy.

Current situation:
According to GS, we can't move anythin outside of the adjacent squares around Portia. Also, we aren't allowed to garrison Portia...Finally, we aren't allowed to explore south of Portia...In other words, we survive, but we'll never be anything again...please tell me I'm wrong?
