Ah, that did the trick. I couldn't get it to work on the picture I put in the yearbook, but I got it working on my pirate picture (meaning "the picture I found of some guy dressed as a pirate).

I'd say the image on the right looks far more pirattical than the one on the left, wouldn't you?

Sadly I don't have a webcam (indeed a digital camera of any kind) on me, but judging by the photo of me and my younger siblings that's blu-tacked to the bottom of monitor, my left side is definitely my better side (the photo makes me look like I've just had a stroke).
