	Time for Elections? Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

By the Constitution we are required to have elections for President and the Ministers again.

However, since February was such a short month we should simply ask the current executive and Cabinet if they want to stay in their positions for another month and if so simply vote "yes" or "no" on the whole slate.

Otherwise if someone wants a change or can't commit to another month, have elections for those position(s) - I suggest a nomination period ending between March 2 (Sunday) and 5th (Wednesday) if we have any disputes or vacancies, and an election somewhere between March 3 (Monday) and 6th (Thursday) if necessary.

(No, this has absolutely nothing to do with the O2E dispute (honest !) )

As a reminder, here are those who have PTW and can serve as President or Vice President:

IIRC, Colonel Kraken wants to just observe, so it's doubtful he'll run for anything; he is on the team, though. Spiffor seems to have vanished, but I'm sure he'll be back.

And I agree everyone should keep their old postions unless anyone runs for a position or wants to switch positions.

Sharpe, your plan sounds pretty good, though I think we should have everyone in office make an official statement as to whether they plan to stay in office or not; just for the records, of course

As for myself, barring any objections, I would like to continue on as Master Builder, though I declare ahead of time that this will be my final term, as I wish to move on into other aspects of governance in the future.
