Change game resolution? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

Anyone know how to change the game screen resolution? Is there a setting in the .ini file?

For Civ 3, you could put KeepRes=1 in the .ini file.

Thus, if your display is set to 1400x1000 then Civ would use the whole screen to show the map rather that just 1024x768 with black border.

unfortunately installationcde is correct. I don't think a work around like you are proposing would work either, the game was meant to be played only in 800x600

Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

It uses a lot of prerendered image tabs I believe, which is why it can only be played in one resolution.

And anyway, can you imagine playing moo3 in 1280x1040 in COMBAT????
