	Are we beta testers under an NDA? Increase Your PM Length

I'm just wondering about this because no one has really mentioned it and, in the message, there was nothing about an NDA or anything like it. So, I was wondering what our limits are.

Has to be one, no? In my beta testing experience, there's no NDA for owners of Press or VIP betas, but there's a NDA for regular beta winners.

Seems like BHG's decided not to put one in place for regular beta winners. When you think about it, what are we gonna reveal that hasn't already been let out? There aren't any big secrets about the game, and the website owners practically released everything that could be. They didn't restrict the contest to people 18+ and in the US, so I'm not sure if a NDA would even be legally binding, and I think it's a great idea to promote the game. Anyway, I skimmed the licence agreement when I got the game, and it wasn't anything abnormal, so as far as I know they didn't slip it in anywhere .

Well, some other companies, as I know, put a limit on number of screenshots you can post - generally, it's not unlikely for an additional thousand of screens to pop up now all over the Net.

So no NDA at all? And does anyone know when we get contacted by the beta coordinator? I thought that e-mail might include some sort of NDA, but this e-mail is from a week ago and it says i'd be contacted shortly, hmm.
