Mongol Cruiser attacks our cruiser (loses), and another destroyer attacks and wins

1887:
Apollo completed! Astronauts bring back pictures of Earth. Of note:
2 Celtic cities shortly outside of Issus
Japanese city of Satsuma inland near Whale Island
Carthaginian Alpine Troop shoots down Fighter
Gems from Panama arrive in Nanking; revenue: 140
2 AEGIS Cruisers completed
Barbs kill fortified Cavalry
Celts develop Radio
Japanese get explosives from China

1888:
Nuclear Fission discovered. Research begins on Nuclear Power
Population exceeds 20 million

I'm just going to leave it at this for now; I figure since we have apollo now that we might want to reassess things and plan our spaceship. I will send the savegame to the new cabinet when the polls close.

Odd, I thought I had expressed my pleasure with the actions of President ixnay when I first read the report. In any case, I think it was a good job *and* a good decision to shorten the session recognizing the importance of Apollo!

Good job on both counts, President ixnay!
