hmm, at least one would be nice for, at the least, an early warning system for that section of the coast... governorial duties could fall to centralis or someone could just volunteer...
what does everyone think about these bases, do we need them?

Just cancel them all, we can hit Yang from Capricorn and UNXB, further penetration can be accomplished from conquered (or perhaps planted) bases once his coast is rubble-ized.
And I think site 3 is the place that escorted sea colony pod is heading for right now, very close to Yang's coast.

The currents results are 6 to 5. If you cancel one of each, results would be 5 to 4. But if you cancel only one vote, the one mistaken, results can be 5 to 5 or 6 to 4, which is very different. Moreover, it could be several people who abstained, AND several people who voted for both options...

So we can't know. But no one has come forward to say his vote has been wrong, so we can only work on the results we have. *shrugs*

I was aware of that. That was why I asked the rhetorical question. I hope you have a great time in NY, but please don't leave us with the mess of bases we can't govern.
