	question on Spies and Orion Presidency Vote Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

ok, was in a war against a Silicoid race....really not sure why though....is this just in fact something the AI empires will do, declare war at random? or (as i read somewhere) I was framed by another empire?

Also, I got this message in the SitRep:

"Switch has successfully been inserted into the Ragonnogh territory. A new ID has been given to assist in their mission."

Now, at this time, I was at war with the Ragonnogh...my question is, what is this "new ID" that was given to them? And who is them? only Switch was sent (at least by me). After a couple more turns, Switch was captured and killed

I really am getting the general hang of this game though....must say, really like....

Oh, one more thing....

A vote for the Presidency of the Orion Senate has come up (only turn 23)...I have two canditates to vote for, or abstain....will this end the game???? ALREADY???

It will only end the game if one of the two come up with 2/3 of the vote. Usually enough of the AIs will abstain that noone will win the first several votes.
