How do you get your antarian X searching expeditions to leave? The manual says to press despatch your chosen group size on the vicory panel and "A fleet will be assembled and go a hunting".

Where does that fleet come from? How do you get to choose which ships go? Where does it say how much it costs/how you pay for it? I pressed despatch and it creates a line saying there is an outbound fleet.
But that was like 30 turns ago and its still just sitting there saying outbound. How do I make it actually go?

There's likely a high level technology that allows the fleet to jump into Antarrean space. The issue of gathering a fleet is that it seems to use the best ships available from your Reserves to assemble an expidition.

I'm not sure. I had three sets in outbound for many turns, forgot about it for awhile, then got a message saying that one had found something (one had been lost earlier)

now I am sitting on 0% recovered or discovered or something.

And I still have a 16 ship fleet roaming around looking for more stuff.

My first expedition failed while researching the stuff.

my armada exp has partially discovered 1 whatever. Whatever that means, I don't know, not sure how long til I see some results.

(I certainly liked the results of capturing the bulrathi x, hopefully the results will be similar)
