Well yes the government would give such assurance if you can believe them it's up to you to decide, as usual, yes and if you refuse to submit I am not saying the gov will execute you, you could go in jail too depending on where you live, it is the choice of some sort of punishent vs. listening to the gov.

Do not forget this all is after national emergency so it might even make sense to many people. As for rounding up musilms let's say that Al Quaeda has taken over the responsibility for detonating the nuke.

Is it just me or is there actually no mention in the initial question of who the perpetrators are? What if the nuclear bomb was launched by North Korea, and Muslims have nothing to do with it?
