I have come to the conclusion that "The Mummy" is the worst popular movie of the nineties. God that movie SUCKS!!!!!!

I vote for Spring-Heeled Jack- you have the advantages of atmosphere- 19th Century Great Britain, the possibility that 'he' actually existed, contemporary accounts.

I would have voted for Dracula, but I feel that there have been too many spoofs and additions to the core story. I mean, Grandpa Munster, Blacula, Zoltan, Hound of Dracula...

Eastern dragon (not really a dragon in the Western sense) is a long, serpentine creature without wings. It soars with the wind gracefully and is supposedly able to bring rain.

It doesn't hoard treasure, it doesn't breathe fire, and it doesn't eat virgins.
