They're not settings. They're agreements whether or not to use aspects of the game which remain ambiguous as to whether they are legitimate or not.

Does someone want a spesific civ and/or leader name?
Jamaica is taken by Mieciofok as Bob(from jamaika) and Irich are too taken, by me, as St. Patrick.
So, does it matter what civ you play or can I put any civ to you?

It's just a way to start the game... A non-player setting up the game is nice and neutral, but hey, I don't mind who starts it

One thing, I didn't remember to tell, that if someone doesn't send turn to next player in a week,then the previous playre plays the tunr and sends it to the next player (example, if mieciofok doesn't send the turn to ricketyclik in a week, then I'll play the turn and send it to ricketyclik)
