Did MarkG and a bunch of Civers stow away on the unity? Ok I guess the main philosiphy would be the teaching of Civ Games. They'd pretty much be fanatics. However they are addiceted and therefire somewhat apathetic, so they'd get minuses to our morale and probe, however everyone is happy playing Civ and easier to control.

That's all I can think of right now.

-2 Morale - Armchair Generals aren't that great on a front
-2 Efficiency - Huge sites require a large bureacracy and update slowly
+5 Research - Civ'ers understand the need for abstract science
+5 Planet - Multiple simulated Global Warmings have put as in touch with the planet
-1 Economy - People get confused when gold is replaced with energy:-)

I was suggesting negotiating strings for the Apolyton faction, really! I think the title (Like BROTHER Lal and LADY Dierdre) should be ALMIGHTY, too.
