It's March and no one is discussing College Hoops?

Let's start it off with a little Big Ten action. Illinois at Wisconsin for a share of the Big Ten Regular season title. if illinois wins, we get a share of the title with a chance to win it outright if we beat Minnesota on Sunday. If Wisconsin wins they get the championship outright.

Illinois is 1-10 in its last 11 trips to Madison, including a loss to Kansas in the sweet 16 last year. But we did beat the badgers earlier in the year at home. Brian Cook needs to step up and play in the first half as well as the second half. And with some luck Roger Powell will keep his hot streak going

Oh yeah, discuss those "other" conferences out there too

Well considering how bad the Big 10 sucks this year, I'm sure people will be talking about those "other" conferences

But Go ILLINI. They have their fate in their own hands now. Wisconsin is going to be tough at home, but if the Illini are really as good as they think they are, they will find a way to win. If they have ANY hope for a one or two seed in the Big Dance, they need to beat Wisconsin, Minny, and then sweep through the Big 10 Tournament. If they do that, they still stand a chance for a one or two seed...

I don't know about a one or two seed if the Illini do win out, I think a 3 seed is as high as they can hope for since as you just showed, everyone's been down on the Big Ten this year.

There is a reason why people are down on the Big 10 this year... it sucks. The Illini are the only real good team. Nobody seems able to win on the road...

The Big 10's only hope this year is that the teams that do make the Big Dance do well... and maybe some people will give them credit next year. They sure as hell haven't earned any respect so far this year.

Wurd to Ming on his Big Ten sucking because they do.....its all in the Big 12 and the Big East.

The Illini dont stand a chance in hell to get past the sweet 16 i think they will lose there with Duke (upset) and my Irish sadly.

The Big 10 proved last year that they were good in the tournament... this year, they will prove just how bad they have sunk this year.

However, don't count the Illini out. They were ranked very high earlier in the year for a damn good reason. But, they are a young team, and just starting to get their act together. They are going to be a very dangerous team in the tournament this year.

michigan is really kicking themselves now for taking themselves out of the tourney (which i agree they should of) but to their own surprise they had a team that could make it into the 65.

i'll be willing to bet the lift the suspention or whatever they are calling it for next year
