well I mentioned it in the other thread. And I am a Vox member as well.

Have you played PBEM games with Civ3: PTW (Play the World expansion civ3)?

Also see the PBEM forum.

that gives you an idea about how the game plays.

As for the teams. Each one can vary I suppose. Some teams have an internal minister. They have multiple Foreign Affairs minisers. And they have a leader etc. You have people take various positions in their team.

It's just a way to bring teamwork to a a game normally played by one person per team.
