You know, I did a whole lot of stupid shlt that backfired in my face when I was a kid and just thinking about it makes me shiver. And I was wondering if anyone ever did this kind of stuff. So here goes.

- Mixing Chloreen with milk under pressure, it exploded in my face...it burned my skin
- Was driving in my moms cars without her knowing, with no license and a tire blew out at 180km/h....in a curve....I almost lost control
- Ran away from a police car
- Jumped from a 3 story building in a swimming pool......the 250th time or so I dislocated my shoulder...I needed an operation.
- accidentaly set a big corn feild on fire.....not my fault....it's the gas`s fault
And I could go on and on and on and on....

But what about you guys?

I once said "hey dad, look at me!" and rode down a parking lot ramp, hit my handlebar on the rearview mirror of a car parked along side the road, nearly losing control, and then was almost run over by a jeep as I sped across the street at the end of the block. (I was still trying to catch up with the events and wasn't really watching where I was going.)

10 years old, I tried to show some guts in front of my buddies and ran as close to the front of a car going at 100 km/h as I could. It missed me with a meter or so.

At 25, I totally burnt a car just because it was parked at the parking lot I wanted.

OK, it had been standing there deserted for at least 3 years, and the local punks had eventually smashed all windows and lights, but anyway... It was great to see the tires burn, the gas tank explode and finally the paint burn. But the fire department was only 200 meters away, right in the direction of the wind. The fun lasted only a couple of minutes. But the authorities finally got the point and towed the old wreck away.

I swear on my parents head. I was with a friend driving my mom's BMW 328 on the highway 640 west here in Québec and my rear left tire blew up. The rear slipped a bit to the left and the car lost speed really fast. I never lost controle. The only thing I lost was my parents trust....the little bit I had left........
My excuse was that I had to take the car because the dog ate a nail and I hate to go to the vet....of course it didn't work and I got a **** load of ****.....

I drove like a total maniac back in highschool too, but now realize just how dumb I was.

I don't particularly blame your parents for not trusting you. You blatantly lied to them and damn near got yourself killed & destroyed their BMW.

seriously, you're VERY LUCKY. don't be stupid.

The most I ever drove was 145kmph ( mainly because I drive a piece of junk ) And I felt like a complete ******* later, reminding myself that my cousin has died in a car crash.

I know how lucky I am....sometimes. I only realize it when I get home, sit on my couch.....then I freak out just thinking about it.

The fastest I ever went with my car is 272 km/h......what a thrill....I dont do that anymore though....I got a kid now so I dont do that on the street anymore. I go on a race track here and it costs 20$ for 20 turns. It`s a shlt load of fun. My dream was to be a race car driver....oh well.

Nope, I was racing vs a 911 carrera 4 turbo.......I lost. He went right by me......
When you go at these speeds here in Québec and you cross a police they usually dont even try to catch you...they call some friends farther ahead but you always have time to get off the next exit and never get caught.

As a 6 year old, I was taking to riding my ride-on police car backwards down a concrete slope thingy at my grandparents. My family were all watching, going "Paul, be careful", but I didn't listen. At about the 10th try, I fell off and almost cracked my head open.

Dude, no way. Read again. I was racing against a Porshe 911 and he went right past me. I lost the race. I started losing him around 245km/h.

You`ll get there man....I used to have a toyota Tercel 90. A big 85 hp. O-60 in less than 14 secs!! WOW!!! I kept it for 3 years and then bought my RX-7. I'll never sell my car. My kid and girlfriend come first but my car is really second......before my house. I'm so imature I can't even believe my self.

I was runnning on the side of a highway (Usual of me, I got a ticket last week for biking on the Queensway\417 near Ottawa) and got hit by a car at around 80 kmh, he hit me with only his side view mirror. It was very dumb of him (of course its illegal for me to even be there). HE was driving on the lane for mechanical problems or whatever you call where you stop on side of high ways. I though he would stop, that he had a problem and thats why he was there (I was about 6 feet\2 meters from the actual driving lane) but not only did he not stop for problems or anything, but for as far as I could see, he kept driving in that lane !! The idiot actually used that space to drive and was driving almost half in grass (I have run a lot in that area and usually cars are very far from me).
My mother is a physiotherapist, and had to do some work, but I only got a very big bruise and some muscle soreness...
She said I was very lucky to be running, and not walking or even standing becasue while in movement your body doesn't really take the full shock.
I do have psychological damage now because I used to run on the same side of the road all the time, meaning the right side going and left side coming back, but now Im always on the left side, because if the cars are behind my back, I get nervous that some crazy idiot may be driving outside the road.

The RX-7, IIRC, had that rotory engine that generated a ridiculous amount of power out of a 1.3 liter engine, right?

They're coming out with the "RX-8" which seems like the old RX-7 + back seats.
