I sort of think this is a good idea

and we ahve to trus teveryone anyways

so why don't we let him in, and make him a Vox historian (As part of his greater job as historian of the PtW game)

if it looks like the majority is into it, but not everyone, it will not pass (but I might ask for a recount)

Does this mean he would be a member of Vox and participate as such or would his activities be limited to historian?

Would he be only a Vox historian or one for the entire game (i.e., all teams)? When I was signing up for the ISDG I was thinking that a game historian might be interesting for later reading with information collected together from all teams and independent comments by the historian about how the actions (or in-actions) of one team affected other teams in possibly unknown ways.
