We have decided that the conflict with Great Britain and the United States can no longer be resolved by peaceful means. Japan hereby declares war on Britain, the United States, and the Netherlands, and the invincible armies of the Emperor have attacked numerous targets all across the Pacific, routing the enemy in every engagement.
Air raid... Pearl Harbor... this is no drill!
Japanese bombers have destroyed the American Pacific Fleet in its entirety, including all escorts and submarines. Their carriers have mysteriously disappeared, but they shall soon meet the same fate.  All aircraft throughout the Hawaiian Islands have also been destroyed, and Japanese planes now rest on Hawaiian airfields.
Royal Navy defeated!
The proud British warshis Repulse and Prince of Wales have been sent to the bottom of the South China Sea.
Singapore falls!
Japanese forces have captured Singapore, Britain's main trade center in the Far East, and marched on to secure Kuala Lumpur.
The Imperial Army pushes into the Dutch East Indies!
An amphibious operation has captured Ambon, and our troops have slaughtered much of the defenders of Borneo. Soon Tarakan will fly our flag, and the oil will flow.
Of lesser note, Guam has fallen, Rangoon and Nanning have been emptied of enemy troops by airstrikes, and the garrisons of Wake and Midway are near collapse.
The allies had their chance at peace and squandered it. Now they shall face our wrath. Long live the Emperor, and may the Gods bless our victorious troops!

This month the German Wehrmacht was able to conquer even more Lebensraum for our people.
From our correspondents from the front lines, in descending order.
(1) Ostfront - Eastern Front:
Commanded by Generalfeldmarschall Fedor von Bock the Heeresgruppe Nord (Army Group North) was able to capture Novog(o)rod. This is considered as a major threat to Leningrad, a citadel of the Bolshevism. The offensive against Leningrad will be continued in the next month once the supplies reached the front lines.
"Leningrad is expected to fall within the next three months", the Chief of the Staff of the OKH, Franz von Halder, was cited.
Also the Heeresgruppe Mitte (Army Group Center) was able to advance further into Russia´s Heartland. Kalinin in the North of the Army Group was secured by the 29th motorized Infantry Division.
In the southern part of the Army Group Kursk fell to our victorious troops after a devastating aerial bombardement by the 2nd Luftflotte (Air Force) under the command of Manfred von Richthoven.
In the South Gerd von Rundstedt, commanding Heeresgruppe Süd (Army Group South), was able to capture the city of Kharkov, the 2nd largest of the Ukraine. Also the largest fortress of the world, Sevastopol fell to the victorious 11th Army which also conquered the rest of the Crimea Peninsula.
The newly formed 6. Panzerarmee was also sent to reinforce the Army Group´s march to the Caucasus ...
(2) Mittelmeer - The Mediterranean
In the Mediterranean the forces of the Axis were able to succesfully wipe out the garrison of Malta. The island itself will be invaded and expected to fall within the next few weeks ....
Also some transports with reinforcements for Gen. Rommel in North Africa will leave ports next month.
(3) The Atlantic
Nothing special happened, my Wolf Packs are waiting for some Allied Sailors ....
And last but not least: Germany gratulates its Allies, the Empire of the Rising Sun for its brilliant operations against our enemies. May the Tenno live 10.000 years!

It seems pillaging suburbs is cheating, I would like to know why because it defeats the purpose of a scorched earth policy.
