BHG was good with responding when I had problems getting a download to work. The webmaster responded promptly to me on four seperate occassions. Of course, if your email is something like can I get a beta or information please then you will probably have a lot less luck in gaining a response.

well i pretty much told them what i been saying on this board. I told them i hated the contest crap and i told them how much of a fan i am of Rise Of Nations and they told me that they were very sorry for me not winning and that they are glad that they have fans like me that like the game soooo much.
