OK, so what IS this? Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

I was checking out the latest RoN screenshots when I found out this curious one... at first, the nice "russian" building really catched my eye, but then I noticed this young lady and these bears... could someone tell me what is this? I wonder that the bears are wild animals that can be hunted for food, ok, but this woman... dressed up in such suggestive way...

The little house beside the bears is a fur merchant. He goes out, kills and skins the animals, and gives them to his great leader (meaning you). The mysterious woman is probably a spy, going about her spy-ish business. There are several RoN sites that show a picture of a spy and they're all dressed provocatively. This one is clearly no different.
