	Creating trade routes Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

I am using Freeciv 1.12 on Win XP and have a game going against one AI player. I have created several caravans, but cannot establish any trade routes. The "Make Trade Route" order is grayed out, as well as any other caravan-specific orders. This is even after I move the unit to a different city.

My government is currently set to Monarchy.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

You may have to move the unit further away from the city you made the caravan in. If you select a city too close, you get no trade revenue.

Also, 1.12 is a really old version ... :-)
