I installed DX9 last week and have been having problems with moo2 graphics and stability since. The screen freaks out a lot too shifting and needing a complete redraw.
I am running winXP with a geforce4 ti4200. Anyone else have similar problems or know of a way of fixing it without uninstalling dx9?

I actually began having those problems with Win 2K SP3 and DX 8.1a, until I enabled "Windows NT4 SP5" compatibility. I tried real hard to raise a stink in the Microsoft DX newsgroup(s), but one of the MVPs declared that the problem was caused by something else and went back to their DX9 final-beta testing. This was in spite of the fact that I'd NEVER had the problem until installing that version of DX, and the problem began happening immediately after that. This also happened shortly before the release of DX9, so they were clearly just passing the buck so they could avoid another bug hunt and meet their d**ned deadline.
