My fellow Apolytonians,

I have lately been a little disconcerted at the fact that there has been way too many threads discussing the same basic things and it is rather difficult and unnecessary to keep up with a fluid discussion. Arguments here, polls there, then a new thread springs up. How are we to effectively organize ourselves when there are 5 threads discussing the trade deal with CDG for example?

When a situation arises we should simply start one thread (ex: Tech trade deal with CDG) and comment everything there until the deal is reached or not. If we need to poll we start one with the same name but only post comments related to the poll itself, not on the discussion (we can post a link to the discussion thread in the first post of the poll).

Please consider this so that we don't waste time in the future.

Hmmm. Not really sure what to do with this.

I would really rather not be locking threads. Very... not what I want to be doing. However, the Gods and the mods largely trust that we can govern ourselves in our own little corner of Poly, so...

BFM's point is made. There is another, fine thread to discuss this in.
